Several Hosting Options
On-Premise
With a private, company-owned on-premise solution, you have full control over your own data. Compliance with data protection regulations and the associated security are often the reasons for having your own server. The flexible options for customizing and expanding the software according to your own wishes also usually speak in favor of an on-premise solution. If your company already has a mature IT infrastructure and the appropriate hardware, we will be happy to install 4ALLPORTAL on your own servers. Due to the work with highly sensitive data, public institutions and public administrations are subject to strict guidelines. For many years, they have therefore relied on the on-premise approach. As part of its regular participation in tenders, 4ALLPORTAL already knows the requirements and problems of public administration.
Cloud
In the cloud, you store your digital media fail-safe on our servers in Germany and make them in contrast to an on-premise solution, with the cloud you receive not only the product but also the corresponding services. The initial investment is relatively lower and the service provider takes over the operation of the server infrastructure. Adjustments to the storage space are also possible without any problems.
